A Crash Course into Eurorack Modular Synthesis is a workshop for beginners led by musician, sound designer, and educator, Matthew Ryals. It is designed to help you get started working with modular synths. You’ll be patching along using VCV Rack and/or your own modular synth (if you have one already) as we explore module types, signals, basic building blocks of a patch, subtractive synthesis, sound design, and more. There will be plenty of time for questions and getting some hands-on experience with my modular synthesizer.

The workshop will be held in person at Keylab in Brooklyn, NY on Sunday, April 23 10:30am – 5:30pm. There will be a one hour lunch break in the middle. The class is limited to 10 participants.
